These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by AIBAR International Rice Inspection OPC Pvt. Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Scope of Services

AIBAR provides independent inspection, weighing supervision, quantity verification, loading inspection, and laboratory testing services related to rice cargo shipments.

Our services are conducted in accordance with mutually agreed instructions and internationally recognized inspection standards.


2. Service Requests

All service requests must be confirmed in writing via email or official communication. Clients must provide accurate shipment details, including:

  • Location

  • Quantity

  • Product specification

  • Inspection type

  • Date & time

AIBAR is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client.


3. Inspection Reports

Inspection and laboratory reports reflect findings at the time and location of inspection only. Reports are based on sampling and visual examination unless otherwise specified.

AIBAR does not guarantee future performance, shelf life, or condition of goods after inspection.


4. Limitation of Liability

AIBAR’s liability is limited to the service fees paid for the respective inspection or testing service.

We are not liable for:

  • Commercial losses

  • Shipment delays

  • Contractual disputes between buyer and seller

  • Loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the client


5. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid as per agreed quotation or invoice terms. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.


6. Cancellation Policy

Clients must notify cancellations in advance. Charges may apply for last-minute cancellations or inspector deployment already completed.


7. Force Majeure

AIBAR shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.


8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.


9. Amendments

AIBAR reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
